Investment Management Fees
Our fees are based on the market value of the assets under management and are charged quarterly in arrears. Fees for non-registered accounts are tax deductible.
Fee Schedule (charge per annum):
On the first $1 million under management 1.25%
On the next $4 million under management 1.00%
On amounts over $5 million under management .75%
Custody & Safekeeping Of Assets
We have selected The Toronto Dominion Bank to act as custodial agent for our clients. However, each client is welcome to select another financial institution to hold their assets. Toronto Dominion will provide each client with monthly reports detailing transaction activity as well as the cost and the market value of each security. Furthermore, they will provide tax reporting at year-end.
